IMCA MELGES 32: ALL THE LATEST NEWS REGARDING THE AUDI SAILING SERIES

Milano, December 2009, - The Audi Sailing Series foresees for the Melges 32 feet a 2010 rich in important appointments. There are many news in the class and next year will set a milestone for the most world-popular monotype!


The first stage of the Audi circuit will take place in Liguria followed by a stop in Tuscany. The long-awaited event is however the European Championship in Sardenia: the best racing field that never disappointed anyone's expectations! Moreover the Audi Invitational will make the change and will board the Melges brand thus starting a new exciting adventure. The Audi Sailing Series 2010 will end in the grand scenary of the Garda lake in the middle of July.
But the Melges 32 will not only reign over the Audi Sailing Series: more exciting appointments will frame this growing appealing circuit. One of which is the popular Key West Regatta; this not-to-be-missed event wil take place in the 2nd half of January. Back in the European waters the most relevant appointments are the Primo Cup in Monaco and the Copa del Rey in Palma de Mallorca in August.
Surely the most exciting event for next season is the World Championship during the 2nd half of September in San Francisco. How could anyone miss the opportunity of sailing underneath the Golden Gate Bridge?

IMCA MELGES 32: TUTTE LE NOVITA' DELL'AUDI SAILING SERIES 2010

dicembre 2009, Milano - L'Audi Sailing Series 2010 riserva per la classe Melges 32 una stagione ricca di appuntamenti importanti. Tante le novità che renderanno la stagione 2010 un anno da incorniciare e consacreranno la classe Melges 32 come il monotipo più in voga del momento.

A far partire il circuito firmato Audi sarà la tappa ligure, seguita dal successivo evento in Toscana. Ma la strepitosa novità della stagione 2010 sarà il Campionato Europeo in Sardegna: un campo di regata che non ha mai deluso le aspettative! Da quest'anno poi l'Audi Invitational cambia volto e sale a bordo del brand Melges per iniziare una nuova e grandiosa avventura. L'Audi Sailing Series 2010 si chiuderà nel magnifico contesto del Lago di Garda a metà luglio.

Ma quando parliamo di Melges 32 non pensiamo solamente all'Audi Sailing Series. A fare da cornice al circuito Audi ci saranno degli eventi pensati per rendere la stagione ancor più emozionante. Il primo fra tutti è la famosa Key West Regatta, evento imperdibile che si svolgerà nella seconda metà di gennaio. Tornando in Europa, invece, gli appuntamenti da non mancare saranno: la Primo Cup di Monaco e Palma de Mallorca in agosto per la rinomata Copa del Rey.

E per finire, l'evento più atteso ed emozionante della stagione 2010: il Campionato Mondiale di San Francisco che si svolgerà nella seconda metà di settembre. Come lasciarsi sfuggire l'opportunità di poter navigare ai piedi del Golden Gate Bridge?
